    Spring 2020 Concert

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Dave Brubeck's birth, we recognize his many contributions to the world of music. Legendary for his unique jazz, he also gained wide recognition as a composer of classical works. His superb choral writing is evident in this glorious Mass that truly makes a joyful noise unto the Lord.

Our concert will open with a collection of spirituals from the master of spiritual writing. Dr. Thomas is a distinguished conductor, composer and arranger who is especially well known for his wonderful arrangements of traditional spirituals. This collection includes I'm Gonna Sing!, Deep River, Swing Down Chariot, Keep Your Lamps, and more!
